Course Program
The STEPS Program
STEPS is a family program that is based on a Micro-Learning model. Each lesson consists of an overview, a short learning video (approx. 3-4 minutes), a survey/quiz to reinforce the main learning points, and talking points for the whole family to help instill the new skill. Many of the lessons also contain additional downloadable resources. The lessons are designed to require no more than 30 minutes per week.
